Ohio History Connection's ongoing archaeological work at Fort Laurens

Archaeologists from Ohio History Connection along with volunteers continue their work on a plot of land where digging and research is conducted, as part of an improvement project for Fort Laurens outside of Bolivar. It is Ohio’s only Revolutionary War fort and a partial rebuild of it should be completed by November 2028, marking the 250th anniversary of the fort's establishment.
